Built strong. Built right.

Urban Concrete & Construction is a licensed and insured commercial concrete contractor headquartered in North Dallas, working directly with developers, general contractors, property managers and facility teams.

Engineered for the Blackland Prairie

Concrete does not fail on its own. It fails because the ground underneath it moves. The Metroplex sits on expansive Vertisol clay that shrinks through drought and expands under hydrostatic pressure.

We treat the subgrade with lime stabilization, drive steel piers to bedrock, and tie continuous grids of #3 deformed rebar, so the finished surface holds its line through the cycle.

About the Company
Structural concrete placed into a reinforced foundation pit

We build the concrete that commercial property runs on. Slabs that carry load, pavement that survives a North Texas summer, and foundations that hold their line on ground that moves.

Poured around your operation, not through it

Multi-phase work is sequenced with facility teams and general contractors so supply chains, loading docks and tenant access keep running. High-early-strength materials return sections of the property to service in hours rather than weeks.

How we deliver

01

Engineered execution

Estimates calculated from digital laser levels, exact square footage and precise material density, with mix design and reinforcement specified to the load.

02

Commercial coordination

Work phased with facility teams and general contractors so parking, loading and tenant access stay open while the pour moves across the site.

03

Code-conscious construction

ADA at a true 1:12 with cast-in-place truncated domes, Chapter 43-63 trip hazard remediation, and 300-CFM HEPA extraction on all cutting.
