One dispatch hub, the whole Metroplex

Our crews and equipment roll out of North Dallas, which puts the urban core, the northern suburbs, and the industrial corridors east and west of the city within the same working radius.

Every project in our service area gets the same scope, the same crew standards, and the same Blackland Prairie soil engineering, whether the site is a parking lot in Garland or a slab in Frisco.

Where our crews work

From retail strips and multi-family properties inside Dallas to warehouse pads in the suburbs, these are the cities and districts we work in most. Each one comes with its own soil history and project mix.

North

Carrollton

Concrete repair on expansive Vertisol clay that swells and shrinks with every season.

North

Frisco

Foundation settling repair and stabilization for commercial and multi-family properties.

North

Addison

ADA parking lot striping, accessible ramps, and signage for the dense retail and office lots along Belt Line Road, Quorum Drive, and the Addison Airport corridor.

North

Allen

Engineered commercial slabs placed on stabilized subgrade and built for heavy loads.

East

Garland & Mesquite

Established industrial zones with active warehouse and distribution development, where older sites often sit on compacted backfill from previous structures.

West

Irving & Grand Prairie

Newer development pads, frequently on raw Blackland Prairie clay, where foundations and anchor bolt grids have to stay stable through wet-dry cycles.

Soil Across the Metro

Same metro, different ground

Most of the Dallas Metroplex sits on the Blackland Prairie, expansive Vertisol clay that shrinks in summer drought and swells in spring floods. How that clay behaves on your site depends heavily on where the site is and what was built there before.

Garland, Mesquite, older industrial zones

Established backfill

Older industrial sites often carry compacted backfill from previous structures.

  • Existing fill and old foundations mapped before new work begins
  • Demolition and haul-off coordinated with grading
  • Subgrade verified before forms go up

Outer Irving, Grand Prairie, newer pads

Raw Blackland Prairie clay

Newer development pads are frequently untouched expansive clay.

  • Lime stabilization of the subgrade where conditions call for it
  • Continuous #3 deformed steel rebar grids
  • Steel push piers driven to bedrock for foundation support

Often, yes. The cities above are where we work most, but our crews cover the wider Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Call (214) 225-6288 or send a bid request with your site address and we will confirm.

Yes. We are available 24/7 for structural emergencies such as foundation failure, snapped post-tension cables, failing retaining walls, and flash flood washouts. Call (214) 225-6288 to reach our assessment team.

It does. Most of the Metroplex sits on expansive Blackland Prairie clay, but older industrial sites in Garland and Mesquite often have compacted backfill from earlier structures, while newer pads in outer Irving and Grand Prairie are frequently raw clay. We evaluate the actual subgrade before any foundation or slab is designed.

We identify permit requirements during the site evaluation and handle that process before work begins, so a project is not stalled by a paperwork gap after excavation starts.
